So I super bad about posting on here because I cant get the app on my phone and I'm not on my laptop that often but while I'm on here..... I did about 10 minutes this morning and I plan on doing at least 20 minutes tonight I'm saying it now because there is no guarantee that I'm gonna make it back on here tonight :-(. But anyway feeling good, loving yoga!

Did my daily morning practice, about 15 minute. Feeling good, the stiffness is going away from my crazy workout a few days ago.

So I didnt get to come back on last night and record my night practice because I literally fell asleep afterwards. SO GOOD!! lol. But I did another 15 minutes this morning to wake up and then after my tough workout today I did about 10 minutes. And rediscovered my love of pigeon pose. I had been including it in my practice but not really the love I use to have for it, I got it all back today, it was amazing I laid in pigeon probably for most of the 10 minutes. Its again my favorite, I'm so super excited about Namaste November, so far its going so well along with the other workout series I'm following!! Hope everyone else is enjoying as well.

Did 10 minutes of yoga this morning after waking up. Back is feeling kinda stiff today after working out yesterday, so I'll definitely be doing another sequence today. So I guess I'll be back later to post that.
