Patricia Presley - There is a link to the menu's on the Prevention 28 Day Challenge Home page. Under the photo of the ladies, on the right is a block that says, "Step 4 Meal Plans" and you click on that. I'm not sure if all of them are listed yet, but they do have some. Good luck all!! We got this!
