Willie Bell 30 Day Paleo Challenge
Been away from logging in anything for two days, but got some eggs, fish, nuts, and veggies in over the two days plus today. Three days of steps recorded: Jan 4th - 7972 steps ( 3.5+ miles), Jan. 5th - 2442 steps ( 1+ mile), Jan. 6th - 7828 steps (3.5+ miles). Got 40minutes of HIIT training on the treadmill. Feeling good.
Willie Bell 30 Day Paleo Challenge
Today was a good day. Got 35 minutes of exercise (25 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of core work). I was constantly nibbling today on nuts, fruits, vegetables, and some lefted over tilipia while working. Yeah, leftovers. These days, I don't waste too much of anything. I have to remember to get more water. Almost had a good bout of leg cramps when riding the stationary bike, but I knew enough to stop. For dinner, I had sizzling stir-fry chicken strips with peppers and onions. See the pic. Also logged 9299 steps (4.5 miles plus). After one week, let's see what the scale says.
Willie Bell 30 Day Paleo Challenge
Day 1 - Had orange, apple, almonds, sunflower seeds, vegetables and fish (tilapia). See my pic of what I had for dinner. Sitting at 211 lbs now. Kinda heavy for me. Got 45 minutes of exercise in with about 20 minutes on the treadmill HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and 25 minutes of Peripheral Heart Action Training (alternating between upper and lower body exercises. Felt real good.
Willie Bell - oh, and logged 5066 steps yesterday. That's a lttle over 2 miles, yes?
