Welcome to the second annual HEALTHY HOLIDAY Fitness Challenge with Chris Freytag! Because it is the holiday season, it's even more important to stay energized and healthy during this festive and fun-filled time.

The challenge is to do these three UP exercises daily:

25 Push UPS,

25 Sit UPS, and

25 Jump Ups (jump squats)

The challenge starts December 1st and ends December 20th.

Just accept the challenge, log in via the website or download the app on your iPhone - itunes.apple.com/us/app/challengeloop/id527824600, and leave a comment or post a photo every day that you complete the exercises. (To be entered into the contest, you must post on the challenge page that you did the exercises at least 10 of the 20 days ). Do the UP exercises...keep UP your energy and keep UP your strength. I will keep track of everyone who completes the challenge and pick the winner at random.

Thank you so much for hosting this challenge. Everyone who has participated and gained has won. I certainly have and (except for yesterday) will continue with these exercises every day. I am looking forward to reading these ebooks and making some changes in my eating too. I'll start practicing some over the next few weeks but plan to start a regular eating change in January. I am so looking forward to participating in the challenge in February. Hopefully, I will get to see many of the participants from this challenge there too. Happy and healthy holidays everyone!
