How do you #getafterit? We challenge you to show us how you get your sweat on! Accept the challenge and post a photo of how you #getafterit, whether it's going for a run, doing your WOD or taking a fitness class.

The challenge runs from December 4, 2012 to December 30, 2012.

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you who voted for me in this amazing challenge. Although I did not win I am still a WINNER IN LIFE! I have survived Cancer 2 times, dropped 93 lbs, became a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Boot Camp Instructor and Certified Kettlebell Instructor. I have become stronger in every aspect of my life due to the circumstances my life has thrown at me. I will NEVER GIVE UP, I will always #getafterit and ALWAYS, ALWAYS wear REEBOK :-) and FOREVER BE A FIGHTER!!!

I teach spinning at the Ann Arbor YMCA and we did a simulated ride out to the Dexter Cider Mill on Saturday, 9-29-12, in Studio D. Earlier that week I had picked up precious golden delicious apples from the owner of the mill, who generously donated them as a healthy snack after our rigorous virtual18 mile round trip route on the lovely Huron River Drive.
